I definitely give Fabien Loison 5 stars. I really should have done this sooner. I live in a rental that is managed by FLM Realty. Fabien is our contact. We have been here for almost five years. We have had few problems, but whenever we do he is right on it. Today is the air conditioner. We are melting. The technician said he wouldn't be here till 5:00. After speaking to Fabien, he changed the time to 1:00. He always gets back to me quickly when I email him and I feel he does his best to get the problem solved as quickly as possible. Thank you Fabien!

Okay well first off I want to say FLM realty is not a scam at all. If you got denied it was probably because of your credit. Anyways, now that that's clear, Fabien is one of the best property managers I've ever came across. We've been in our home for almost a year now, hopefully he will have a another larger home available in a month or so when our lease is up since we recently added to our family. Fabien always makes sure our problems with the home gets fixed in a timely manner, never have to nag. He responds to us within the hour of contacting him. He cares, I don't get the sense his business is all about money. Seems like he wants to help people. My boyfriend and I are a fairly young couple with not much rental history, we met the criteria for income and credit but sometimes our early 20's age shys away some people. He gave us a good word to the owner of the house and we were blessed to have gotten in. We even have met the owner personally when he came to fix a problem once. FLM realty is definitely one of the best property management companies out here. You won't regret working with him
